PRACTICE COURT INFORMATION: January 3
Matches begin at 9 AM on January 3, and the Campus will be open for practice beginning at 6:45 AM. Practice courts will be available for both surfaces, and there will be a sign-up sheet for 30-minute time slots located at the Tournament Desk.
Boys and girls 18s will be played on hard courts. Boys and girls 16s will be played on clay courts.

Players are encouraged to submit doubles entries prior to the tournament. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm doubles partnerships. Emails by BOTH players MUST be sent to process the team.
All doubles players will re-confirm their partnership during the Mandatory Player Registration. Last minute changes will be accepted during the Player Registration period.
Per USTA rules, the tournament staff cannot give our player/parent contact information. Players wishing to contact another player can submit a request via email to email@example.com.
Players unable to find a doubles partner prior to the tournament will have an opportunity during the Player Registration period. The tournament staff will maintain a list of players looking for a partner but will not be responsible for pairing partners.

The alternate list shall be posted after the registration deadline.
Replacing of Player Before Draw is Made: The tournament committee shall replace a player who was accepted as part of a Section's quota with the next player on the Section's endorsement list. The tournament committee shall replace a player who was NOT accepted as part of a Section's quota with the next highest remaining alternate.
Replacing of Player After Draw is Made but Before the Completion of the 1st Round: The tournament committee shall replace a player after the draw is made, but before the completion of the 1st round with the next highest remaining alternate.
No Replacement of Players is Made After the Completion of the 1st Round: No players are replaced in the draw after the completion of the 1st round. For example, a player who wins their 1st round, but cannot play their 2nd round due to injury, is NOT replaced with an alternate.
On-Site Alternates: Step 1: Check-In on Friday, December 27 during the player registration. Step 2: Entry fee of $145. must be paid before you can be listed as an on-site alternate. If you do not play doubles or make it to singles the entry fee will be returned to you. Step 3: After all players have checked in, we will order all the on-site alternates according to their standings on the alternate list. We will post this list on the website. Please check the USTA tournament website Friday night to determine your standing on the on-site alternate list. Step 4: Sign in at the tournament desk prior to 8 AM on Saturday, December 28. Step 5: Watch and wait. If a player no-shows for a match or a player withdraws before setting foot on the court for their first match, we then call the highest ordered on-site alternate who has signed in on time to the Tournament Desk and that player will be placed in the draw.

DRAW TYPE AND MATCH FORMAT
Singles: All singles divisions will be a 128 draw with a Feed-in Championship through the quarterfinals. The main draw will play best of 3 tiebreak sets. Consolation will play best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set.
Doubles: Doubles will be a 64 single elimination draw with a playoff for third place. The format is best of three tiebreak sets with a 10 point Match Tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set. The semi-finals, final and third place playoff are best two out of three tiebreak sets.

PRIVATE LESSONS AT THE NATIONAL CAMPUS
Any tournament players interested in scheduling a private lesson/hitting session while at the campus during the tournament, please call the USTA National Campus programming office at 407-675-2504 to schedule your lesson or email Kim Desdunes at firstname.lastname@example.org.
1 player/1 pro: $65 per hour
2 players/1 pro: $38 per person, per hour
3 players/1 pro: $30 per person, per hou
December 26 (or earlier): Practice courts shall be reserved through the USTA National Campus. You can make reservations up to 48 hours in advance by booking online here, or at the Front Desk in the Welcome Center. Please note that there are court fees associated with this.
December 27: Complementary courts will be available to tournament players for practice on registration day. More details on practice courts on the 27th will be provided at a later date.

ENTRY FEE PAYMENT
Players who have not yet paid the entry fee must pay during registration by cash or check made out to "USTA". Credit cards will not be accepted.
Athletic trainers will be available at the National Campus.
Stringing is available on site.
